This incident is now resolved
Between approximately 12:05 and 12:30 BST, some users experienced slow page loads on the Blink merchant portal, and reporting pages including Card Transactions and Payment Requests may have timed out. A short period of errors occurred between 12:00 and 12:12 BST.
Card payments, payment links and API transactions processed normally throughout and were not affected.

Intermittent Issues with API

Resolved — Between 21:05 and 22:09 BST some API requests returned errors due to a capacity issue on one application server. The affected server was removed from service, remediated, and returned to the pool. All services are operating normally.
Merchants who received an error response during this window should verify the status of any affected transaction before retrying.
