Resolved — Between 21:05 and 22:09 BST some API requests returned errors due to a capacity issue on one application server. The affected server was removed from service, remediated, and returned to the pool. All services are operating normally.

Merchants who received an error response during this window should verify the status of any affected transaction before retrying.

We have implemented a fix on the affected systems and are now monitoring services to confirm system is operating as normal
